GET INVOLVED

Get involved by signing up here if you are interested in CPR classes or volunteering for the beach patrol.

RWSO is the process of getting approval for non-profit status.  This process can take several months or longer. We are doing everything we can to shorten this timeline.

We will offer the next one in April. Please leave your email address below and we will contact you with the exact time + date. Further classes will resume in the Fall/Winter of ’23.

BEACH PATROL

SUPPORT US

Please consider donating to our GO FUND ME,

We are looking to purchase the following immediately:

  • Flag Systems for Domes, Sandy + Maria’s

  • 3 additional AEDS for local Rincón breaks

SAFETY TIPS

Knowing how to perform efficient high performance (and quality) CPR

  • To the beat of “Stayin’ Alive” by the Beegees

  5 MAIN Components

  •  ½ of the depth of chest is perfect and what we aim for

  •  Recoil the chest

  • 110 times a minute

  • Minimize interruptions

  • Do not over ventilate

  • If you find a victim in the water, #1 priority is to get them to DRY LAND

  • Be a leader and give people jobs

    • Call an ambulance, find a vehicle, get the closest AED

  • When using an AED, don't be afraid to use it, it WILL NOT hurt the victim

  • The more this becomes instinctual; the better chance you have of saving a life

  • Responsibility for yourself, your family, and your friends. Don't become the 2nd unintended victim!
